Folding Door Glass

All glass is Insulated Low E. The energy information for each type of door is shown on the Architect and Engineers Test Data page.

Impact Glass for coastal applications is also available in some doors.

Folding Door Materials

Fir Doors

Fir doors offer the most economical choice of door construction. The fine grain of Vertical Grain Fir stains beautifully. It can also be painted to a smooth finish. As with any wood door, these doors will require proper care and finishing. Depending on the exposure the exterior side may need a top coat of quality finish with UV inhibitors every year.

Available in 6/8 & 8/0 Heights.

Glass options include True-Divided Lites in many configurations and Impact Rated Glass

Aluminum Clad Doors

Clad doors combine the weather resistance of aluminum on the exterior with the warm beauty of a wood interior. An engineered wood stile is Clad with a Powder Coated Aluminum extrusion to give the door a maintenance free exterior. Our standard exterior colors are bronze and white.  Custom colors using an epoxy based marine finish are also available.

The wood interior is covered with Clear PinePine as our standard.  Red Oak or Alder interiors are also available as an option.  The interior can be stained or painted. The exterior cladding comes in 6 colors shown and is NOT TO BE PAINTED. The interior can be stained or painted.

Available in 6/8, 8/0, 9/0 & 10/0 heights.

Glass options include a range of internal grills to give the look of divided lites such as 10 or 15 lite and impact glass.

 

Custom Series Doors

These doors offer the beauty of rich wood and the versatility of custom manufacturing. Being a solid wood product these doors will require proper care and finishing. Depending on the exposure the exterior side may need a topcoat of quality finish with UV inhibitors every year.

Mahogany (shown), Alder, Red Oak, Reclaimed Fir and many other woods are available.

Available in any height and with virtually any glass and panel configuration including impact glass.
