High Efficiency

The High Efficiency product offers the best thermal protection due to the reinforced polyamide strip (a non metallic, composite, structural, material) fixed between the inside and outside aluminum profiles creating an insulated barrier within the window frame. This minimizes the transfer of heat and cold through the window frame, resulting in improved energy efficiency.

Standard

The Standard Folding door system is the most economical solution with its single profile extrusion. This provides the strongest structural option for applications that demand the extra strength and durability. Best for commercial applications where security and high traffic wear are critical.

Glass

All systems are standard with tempered insulated glass with a low E coating.

TRESHOLDS

All tracks are made of high-strength aluminum alloy (AL-6N01) to support the heavy duty, stainless steal bearing rollers, which ensures smooth opening and closing. For your safety, all tracks are designed to prevent the rollers and doors from coming off the rail.

Thermally Broken High Dam Sill

Offers the highest water, wind, and thermally rated lower threshold rail. The high dam creates the best seal to prevent water and wind to pass between the panels and threshold.

Thermally Broken Flush Sill

Best suited for applications where water and high winds are not an issue, and the application requires a smooth transition between the exterior and interior floor levels.

Standard High Dam Sill

For applications where the potential for water and high winds can breach the lower threshold rail. The high dam creates the best seal to prevent water and wind to pass between the panels and threshold.

Standard Flush Sill

Best suited for applications were water and high winds are not an issue, and the application requires a smooth transition between the exterior and interior floor levels.

Garage Sill

Designed for automotive work shops or home garage to allow large and small vehicles to traverse over the lower threshold rail.

2 Types of Locks

Single Point Mortize Lock

An entry door which swings up to a 90 degree in one
direction only; compatible with hinge and mortise lock doors; able to open and close the entire door; lockable 

Commercial Door Lock

An entry door which swings up to a 180 degree; compatible with a folding door; able to open and close the entire door; lockable 

ROLLERS

Rollers are made with  Stainless Steel bearings and  (AL 6N01) high-strength aluminum alloy allowing the panels to easily open and close smoothly along the upper and lower rails.

HINGES

Very solid and durable made of high-strength aluminum alloy that easily opened and shut with roulette shaft

WEATHERSTRIPPING

  • Double rubber gaskets between the doors
  •  Double mohair strips between the top and bottom of the doors
  • Besides an execellent weather seal, it creates a safe buffer which prevents squezzing of fingers

COLORS

STANDARD COLORS

Painted with PPG’s Duranar® ultra-weather-resistant heat-dried fluoropolymer Poly Vinylidene Fluoride (PVF) paint which is rated to AAMA 2605-13 Specifiation.  The Duranar® paint system is a 2 coat systeem for the Solid Colors and a 3 coat system for the Metalic System.  Applied according to the characteristics of the paint line equipment and the shape of the color and material.   Click here to view more available colors
